There is snow currently in on the east coast, now what I am thinking is a safe way to get rid of the snow, an Aircraft carrier, holding water, to drop over the affected hazarouds area, for the snow to melt away safley. This plane could be the solution from over the sky dropping water, on the ground, to clear and melt the snow away for better suitable conditions. If this effect could be seen, it could stop a lot of hazarouds conditions therefore letting the snow gone, or melt away with man made tools, and letting the sun heat back up or coming back for a better more warmer day.
