The person or theif thing, the wrapper or noise you make in your hands or a philly blunt. Gotta stop them all, the bad crazy strunged out people, I want these crazy people running around in there vehicles trying to stalk people, arrested, and the proper actions taken, with the authorities or the Law. The stalkers or people, are breaking in through people's window's you have to set up a trap to catch them or hurt them for tresspassing and breaking and entering. Also there using bluetooth for weird noises, or something they did to make it look like you did it but they did it, or a crime. There also using a wireless jammer or stopper to lag or no signal, they are a bunch of crooks. Keep your time synchorinze on all of your smart devices and equipment, the bad guys will keep there time behind or not accurate, or double foreign agents, including law enforcment. The bad cops or foreigners will use code or 10-17 instead of 10-4 and somebody is trying to kill me and my water is back on, I am being targeted and stalked, please somebody fix this issuse, and arrest this person. Also the foreign or double agents will use words like little robbie, paitent, subject or get out, they will redirect the bad guys to do what is wrong, if you have another way to communicate privatley via technology you can be faster than these double and foreign agents, and a way to securely communicate with your team. Also the foriegn agents do not want people breathing, something to do with a vehicle, you hear near you, and then a noise right beside of you, these double agents are getting out of control. In order to catch the double agents, you need to set up a sting or a plan to do with breathing, it is the same person on the scene that knows what they are looking for that is the bad or double or foreign agent, you have to get these people arrested. Also there is a person in a loud truck or vehicle, driving in a circle, and is around the caldwell county jail, there getting out of the vehicle and switching into a new vehicle, please stop this person. They may be using the emergency channel or frequency. Also the bad or foreign agents, will talk real fast to make it where it is hard to understand them.
